Congratulations to the Graduates of Grade X –  31st January 2026

The Class X Graduation Day was celebrated with great pride and solemnity at RV Public School on 31st January 2026, marking an important milestone in the academic journey of the students. The occasion honoured the successful completion of secondary education by 71 students of Class X and celebrated their growth, achievements, and aspirations.

The programme was graced by Sri. Naveen K. Pasuparthy, Chairman, RV Public School, who presided as the Chief Guest. The school was also honoured by the presence of CA Dr. A. S. Vishnu Bharat, Trustee, RVEI, as the Guest of Honour, and Srimati Jyothi Menon, Advisor, RV Public School. Their presence added dignity and significance to the occasion.

The addresses delivered by the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour, along with the oath administered by the Principal, Mrs. Tanuja Tiwary, highlighted the importance of perseverance, discipline, and integrity in shaping responsible citizens. The graduates were encouraged to face future challenges with confidence and to uphold the values instilled by the institution. 

As a highlight of the programme, all 71 students of Class X were presented with mementos by the esteemed guests, symbolising their academic journey and the school’s pride in their accomplishments. 

The Graduation Day celebration concluded on a note of gratitude and optimism, as the school bid farewell to its outgoing batch with best wishes for success in their future endeavours.

Cock House Trophy of the Year – Bhaskara House

The Cock House Trophy of the Year is the school’s most prestigious inter-house honour, awarded in recognition of overall excellence and consistent performance throughout the academic year. This coveted trophy is conferred upon the house that demonstrates outstanding achievement across sports, arts, and literary activities conducted in the school.

The award reflects not only victories and points accumulated, but also the spirit of teamwork, discipline, creativity, leadership, and sportsmanship exhibited by the students. Performances in inter-house competitions, cultural events, literary forums, and sporting tournaments are carefully evaluated to ensure a fair and holistic assessment. 

The Bhaskara House won the Cock House trophy of the academic year 2025-2026 and Sushrutha House bagged the runners up trophy. 

 It stands as a proud testament to the enthusiasm, perseverance, and unity of the students and the dedicated guidance of their house mentors.

Honouring Excellence in Literature

In recognition of her outstanding contribution to literature and her lasting influence on the literary world, Faariha Ahmed of grade X was honoured with the ‘Bharat Kavi Ratna Award’ by Blue Star Publication on 25th December 2025.

4,004 Cubes. One Nation. A Proud Tribute.

Lekith B of Grade VII participated in a Dual Record Attempt for the maximum contribution to a Rubik’s Cube Mosaic, themed on Republic Day, using 4,004 Rubik’s Cubes. The mosaic was created as a tribute to the Indian Armed Forces, commemorating the success of Operation Sindoor.

A Proud Salute to the Indian Republic

The 77th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great patriotism and enthusiasm at the school campus on 26th January. The programme aimed to instill a sense of national pride and respect for the values enshrined in the Constitution of India.

The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with a deep sense of unity and patriotism. The school was honoured to have Sri. Anantha Lakshmanarao, Associate Director, KPMG, as the Chief Guest, trustees of RSST, HOIs and students of various RV institutions graced the occasion. 

In his inspiring address, the Chief Guest spoke about the significance of Republic Day, the importance of upholding constitutional values, and the role of young citizens in shaping a responsible and progressive nation. His words encouraged students to cultivate discipline, integrity, and social responsibility in their daily lives.

The programme also featured patriotic songs, and drill performance by students. The Republic Day celebration served as a meaningful reminder of our duties as citizens and reinforced the values of freedom, equality, and unity among all present.

Young Minds at Work – Academic Exhibition 2026 

An Academic Exhibition was conducted on 10th January 2026, showcasing the academic learning and creativity of students from Classes III, IV and V. The exhibition provided a vibrant platform for young learners to display projects based on the various concepts learned across subjects during the academic year.

The students confidently explained their models, charts, and working exhibits, demonstrating a clear understanding of topics from Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, English, Kannada, Hindi Sanskrit and Computers. Each project reflected thoughtful application of classroom learning, critical thinking, and creativity. The interactive explanations by the students impressed parents and visitors and highlighted their communication skills and conceptual clarity.

The exhibition not only reinforced academic concepts but also encouraged experiential learning, teamwork, and self-confidence among students. It was a rewarding and enriching experience that celebrated learning beyond textbooks and showcased the joy of discovery and knowledge.

Abacus Laureates

Abhinav Bhupal of grade V participated in the ADV4 level of the 20th Prodigy Plus Competition, held on 11th January 2026 at Palace grounds and had secured the first place.

N Jashank of grade V participated in the FND2  level of the 20th Prodigy Plus Competition, held on 11th January 2026 at Palace grounds and had secured the third place.

Skating his Way to Glory

Dhruva T Sunku of grade II participated in the skating competition held on account of Karnataka Rajyotsava 2025 in the Recreational Inline event and secured the first position. 

HALL OF OLYMPIAD FAME 

SOF- International General Knowledge Olympiad Achievers (2025-26)

N T Riya of grade II, G Yoshita, Jeevika K Vanegaon, and Aarna Samarth of grade IV, Ritesh Kanakagiri, Aryanraj N and Vivan Varun Begur of grade V; Shubojeet Ghosh, Rohan R and Vinayak Aryaa of grade VI and Badrika Mahalakshmi R of grade VII were awarded the Gold Medal of Excellence in the International General Knowledge Olympiad (2025-26) held at school level.

The Olympiad Orchestrator

A Certificate of appreciation was presented to Ms. Bhavana KA (Teacher, RV Public school) for her dedication in fostering a love for general knowledge through the conduct of  SOF- International General Knowledge Olympiad.

Zippy Cuber Award

Jashvik Sharath Chandra of Grade II, was awarded the ‘Zippy Cuber Award’ for solving  the Tower B [2X2, 3X3, Pyraminx] in the lowest time at the Cube Tower Challenge 2025 organised by Cubing Heat and Brain Studio on the 13th and 14th  December 2025 on a digital platform. 

Young Torch bearers of Yogic Excellence

Students from grades V, VI, VII and VIII participated in the ‘Local to Global Yogasana Championship’ and National Yoga Championship conducted by the Vivekananda International Prakruthi Yoga Academy in association with Poorna Pragna Academy School on 18th January 2026 and have won laurels for our school.

Madhurya of grade VIII, Chirayu, Abyudaya and Vinodini of grade VII, and Ritin of grade VI won the first place and were awarded the ‘Bharata Yoga Kirana Award’.

Yashas, Bibi Sani, and Samhith of grade VII, Praveen of grade VI and Prerana of grade V bagged the second place and were awarded ‘Bharata Yogasiri Award’

Krishna and Chandana of grade VII, and Mansi Jain, Aryan Raj, Yuvansh and Satvik P Joshi of grade V secured the third place and were awarded ‘Bharata Yogasiri Award’.

A Symbol of Discipline and Strength

Sri Harshitha C of grade VII participated in the 12th Invitational Karate Championship 2K26 organised by Okinawan Karate School held at St.Anthonys School CISCE on 11th January 2026 and won the second place in Girls U-12 years Kumite and also bagged the  second place in Girls U-14 years kata events.

Champion of Martial Arts

Srisha PB of grade IV participated in the 17th State Level Karate Championship 2026 held at Bengaluru from 16th to 18th January 2026 and secured the Silver medal in Female U-35 Kg, 9 years Individual Kumite event.
